Once Upon A Time Candles is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the fragrance, color, scent throw, or burn life, please contact us at contact@onceuponatimecandles.com .

We will try to assist you in any way to correct the issue. If it cannot be resolved, we will ask you to return the candle to us. We will even take care of the postage!!

We do ask that the container not be damaged and that the candle is no more than half burned. Upon receipt of your candle, we will immediately ship your new replacement candle postage paid.
